Western Mingle has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation, human trafficking, and any content or behavior that endangers minors or vulnerable people. This policy explains our commitment and what we ask of our members.

Age requirement

Western Mingle is strictly for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register, and accounts found to belong to a minor are removed immediately.

Profile review and reporting

New profiles go through a review process, and every profile can be reported directly by other members. Reports involving suspected exploitation, trafficking, or harm to a minor are prioritized and escalated immediately.

Zero tolerance for exploitation and trafficking

Using Western Mingle to solicit, advertise, or facilitate trafficking or exploitation of any person is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban and a report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

Warning signs and safe dating tips

Be cautious of anyone who: asks you for money or gift cards, refuses to video chat or meet in person, pushes the conversation off-platform very quickly, or has a profile that seems too good to be true. Meet new matches in public places, tell a friend or family member your plans, and never share financial or identifying information with someone you haven't met in person.
